Current position
Company: Ortelium, a cloud-based software solution using data intelligence for supporting organizations around the globe in monitoring and managing environmental data. Ortelium helps to facilitate regulatory compliance for example, allocate resources more economically and improve relations with local communities.
Role: UX / UI designer, which also involves visual design and meeting facilitation.
From: April 2022
Tasks: With collaborative interface design tool Figma, I am e.g. setting up and maintaining a design system, creating interactive wireframes, and prototypes.
As a team, we are working component-based and strive for the most efficient, scalable digital product, cooperation, and workflow.

Product: Online platform ‘Onderneemvaardig.nl’ supports self-employed professionals during the Covid pandemic by means of offering for example knowledge, products, tools, free training, and coaching.
Users: Self-employed professionals looking for solutions for the financial struggles they have encounter due to the Covid pandemic.

UX Design
Maintain consistency in form, function and writing.
Create ‘Proto personas’ in cooperation with a researcher.
Compose user group for usability testing of the MVP.
Create candidate criteria in cooperation with the copywriter

Organizing a workshop within the organization.
Goal: collect knowledge and experiences about the business goals, user needs and the users.
Participants: stakeholders with knowledge and / or experience with the business goals and the users.
In cooperation with a researcher and / or a UX content strategist:
Process the information from the workshop, to a coherent functional design.
Put together the content strategy plan.

Rebuilding the platform
Create a plan for rebuilding the platform in cooperation with an IT consultant (legal).
In cooperation with an IT consultant and a backend programmer, analysing current builder's CMS and technical methods used.
Create requirements for rebuilding and discuss these with the management and candidate builders.
Selection of the suitable builder.
Macro planning and phasing of the rebuilding process.
Discuss progress, quotations and preparations with management and others involved.
